Application
1. Oil & Gas Field (Core Application)
As primary filming amine corrosion inhibitor intermediate, adsorb tightly on carbon steel surface to form compact protective film; effectively restrain corrosion induced by CO₂, H₂S, brine in downhole tubing, crude transmission pipeline, storage tank, seawater injection well. Usual dosage:20~200ppm continuous injection; can be quaternized into oilfield cationic corrosion inhibitor finished product.
2. Asphalt & Road Construction
Key raw material for cationic asphalt emulsifier, dramatically improve bonding strength between bitumen and stone aggregate, enhance asphalt water resistance & road durability, widely used for cold asphalt emulsion, modified bitumen production.
3. Water Treatment Industry
Formulate circulating cooling water, boiler water corrosion & scale inhibitor, suppress electrochemical corrosion of carbon steel pipeline and heat exchanger in power plant, chemical factory circulating system.
4. Industrial Cleaning & Surfactant Raw Material
Used to synthesize heavy-duty metal degreaser, automotive parts alkaline cleaning agent; outstanding wetting, emulsification & oil-solubilizing performance for mineral grease & mechanical dirt.
5. Coatings, Ink & Rubber Additive
Coatings: Improve paint adhesion on damp concrete & metal substrate, upgrade coating waterproof property
Rubber: Plasticizer & curing auxiliary for butyl rubber, reduce rubber scorching; quaternized derivative as plastic/fiber antistatic agent to eliminate static accumulation
6. Mineral Flotation Agent
Silica depressant & gangue collector in iron ore, barite flotation, remove quartz impurity from crude mineral slurry to increase ore grade.
7. Downstream Surfactant Intermediate
Raw material for synthesis of amphoteric imidazoline, imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt via methylation/chlorination modification, produce multiple cationic surfactant series.
