Application

1.Oil & Gas Industry (Core Application)

Premium filming corrosion inhibitor intermediate for carbon steel facilities in oil & gas exploitation. Adsorb on metal surface to form dense hydrophobic protective film, effectively restrain electrochemical corrosion triggered by CO₂, hydrogen sulfide and high-salinity formation water in oil well tubing, crude oil transmission pipelines, oil storage tanks and seawater injection pipelines. Further quaternized to produce finished oilfield corrosion inhibitor; typical dosage:15~180 ppm continuous dosing.

2.Industrial Water Treatment

Formulate composite corrosion & scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water, boiler feed water of thermal power plant, chemical industry. Prevent rust and pitting corrosion of carbon steel heat exchanger, pipeline and water tank in closed & open circulating water systems.

3.Personal Care & Cosmetic Raw Material

Classic cationic hair conditioning & anti-static raw material for shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mask. Neutralize static charge on hair fiber, form protective film on hair cuticle to lock moisture, reduce split ends and improve hair combability & smoothness; widely applied in daily chemical surfactant compounding.

4.Asphalt Emulsifier for Road Construction

Key intermediate of cationic slow-set asphalt emulsifier, raise adhesive force between bitumen and mineral aggregate, improve asphalt water resistance and pavement durability, widely used for cold-mix asphalt, slurry seal and modified bitumen manufacturing.

5.Textile, Plastic & Rubber Additive

Textile: Anti-static finishing agent for polyester, polypropylene synthetic fiber, eliminate static fly during textile spinning & weaving.

Plastic & Rubber: Internal lubricant and antistatic auxiliary for PE, PP and synthetic rubber, reduce processing friction and static accumulation.

6.Agricultural Fungicide 

Used as industrial preservative for water-based coating & latex anti-mold formulation.

7. Surfactant Intermediate

Raw material for methylation/quaternization synthesis of imidazolinium quaternary ammonium salt series cationic surfactants for cleaning, flotation and oilfield chemical additives.
