Application

Methyltin mercaptide SW-181 is the most general & effective heat stabilizer of the PVC processing. Because of the high safety and good transparency, it is especially suitable for food contact films and other rigid PVC applications like PVC pipes.

SW-186 methyl tin mercaptide is a type of effective pvc heat stabilizer and most suitable for PVC calendaring. It has high adaptability, is a general PVC heat stabilizer,has outstanding initial coloring stability, and is one of the heat stabilizers necessary for producing highly transparent PVC products. The effective odor-removing technology renders the product extremely low bad odor.

Methyltin mercaptide SW-196 is the most effective heat stabilizer of the processing of PVC plastic. Because of the high safety factor and good transparency, it is especially suitable for rigid PVC products with high transparency like PVC/CPVC compounding and fittings.

Packing and Storage

Packing    In 250kgs net plastic drum or 1200kgs net IBC. 

Storage     Keep tightly closed and store in cool and dry place

Personal protective equipment

Respiratory: Respiratory protection is not required. Where protection from nuisance levels of dusts are desired, use type N95 (US) or type P1 (EN 143) dust masks. Use respirators and components tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).

Hand: Compatible chemical-resistant gloves.

Eye: Safety glasses with side-shields conforming to EN166.
