Introduction
DMAEE is a low odour reactive foaming catalyst, mainly used in rigid packaging foam, high resilience toy foam, also used in moulded flexible foam and polyether polyurethane acetate (PEA) flexible foam, it has special effect on the maturation of the foam skin.
Its structure contains active hydrogen, which can react with -NCO and combine into the system, so the odour of the finished product is greatly reduced.
Application
Amine catalyst suitable for curing systems, it is a strong foaming catalyst that allows a long storage period for component oils containing NCO due to the site-blocking effect of the amino group. It is mainly used in one-component rigid polyurethane foam systems, but can also be used in Soft polyurethane foam, On-site pouring polyurethane system, PIR laminated cardboard, TDI, TDI/MDI, MDI High Resilience (HR) Soft molded foam, Self-crusting foam, Microcellular foam.
