What is Morpholine?
Morpholine is a colorless, oily heterocyclic organic compound with a mild ammonia-like odor. Its molecular formula is C₄H₉NO, and its IUPAC name is 1,4-Oxazinane / Tetrahydro-2H-1,4-oxazine.
It features both amine and ether functional groups in its molecular structure, giving it dual properties of alkalinity and solubility. It is miscible with water and most organic solvents, and is widely applied as a key industrial chemical raw material.

Application of Morpholine
1. Corrosion Inhibitor for Water & Steam Systems
This is one of the most mainstream uses of morpholine. It works as an effective neutralizing amine to prevent metal corrosion.Protects industrial boilers, steam pipelines, heat exchangers and cooling water circulation systems.
Neutralizes acidic substances in water, stabilizes pH value, and reduces rust and oxidation of metal facilities.
Widely used in power stations, oil refineries, chemical plants and central heating systems.
2. Key Intermediate for Rubber Chemicals
Diethyleneimide oxide is an indispensable raw material in the rubber industry.
Mainly used to produce rubber vulcanization accelerators, vulcanizing agents and anti-aging additives.
Enhances the processing performance, elasticity and service life of natural rubber and synthetic rubber products.
Also serves as an auxiliary agent in the production of polyurethane materials.
