Application
Aminopyrine as antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory pyrazole ketones, inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin E1 in the front of the hypothalamus neurons and release, to restore the normal reaction of the temperature regulating center feeling neurons and antifebrile effect; Amidopyrine also inhibit inflammation in local tissue of prostaglandin synthesis and release, stabilize lysosomal membrane, influence the phagocytosis of phagocytic cells, and have anti-inflammatory effect.
