Scope of application
Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit crude oil unit
Introduction
Neutralization corrosion inhibitor is synthesized by organic polyamines and then precisely formulated.
It is well used to prevent HCl-H2S-H2O corrosion in the low-temperature section of the
overhead of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit.

Advantage
1. The polar group film is more dense, the arrangement is more orderly, and the non-polar group hydrophobic film is more resistant to erosion.
2. The boiling point is relatively high, the PH value is easier to control, and it can be well
controlled within the range of 6.5-7.5
Experiments show that corrosivity is the least when overhead PH is in the range of 6.5 to
7.5; When pH value is less than 6, the corrosiveness of HCl is strengthened. And when pH
value is greater than 8, the corrosive effect of H2S is strengthened.
3. It can effectively avoid under-depositcorrosion caused by NH4Cl and NH4HS.
The corrosion inhibition rate is greater than 98%.
After being used in many refineries, it is highly evaluated.
It has excellent corrosion inhibition performance for pipelines of initial distillation tower, top
tray of the atmospheric and vacuum tower, distillation line and the condensing cooler.

Usage and Application
1. Dilute it with desalinated water with ratio at 1:5-30. Then inject it to the top condensing
sytme with metering pump. Inject at 10-40ppm of the system's processing volume. The
initial injection volume is twice that of the normal period. After three days, it will gradually
decrease to the normal usage at the rate of 5ppm every day.
2. This agent can be properly heated with steam when used in winter.

Packing, handling and storage:
Packing: 25kgs, 200kgs or 1000kgs IBC drum.
Place it a cool, well violated warehouse, avoiding fire and hitting.
