Application

Used as

antioxidant to preserve various oils, fats and food items by retarding their oxidative deteriation. It is used in formulatin g vanish, lacquar, resin and oil field additives. It is used as a fixative in perfumary to reduce the vaporation rate and improve stability. It is also used as a stabilizer to inhibit the auto-polymerization of organic peroxides.
