Application & Property
1. Phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor.
As a scale inhibitor, it is particularly suitable for inhibiting the formation of calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulfate scale in cooling water, boiler water and reverse osmosis treatment, and especially has a good effect on sulfate scales. It has synergistic effect after compounding with PBTCA, HEDP, etc.
As a corrosion inhibitor, it can be compounded with oxidized starch, organic phosphorus, zinc salt, etc., to achieve better corrosion inhibition effects. The lower concentration of polyaspartic acid at pH 8-9 has a better corrosion inhibition effect in seawater.
Polyaspartic acid PASP as a scale and corrosion inhibitor is widely used in salt industry, oilfield reinjection water, seawater desalination, drilling fluid viscosity reducer, industrial circulating water, boiler water, reverse osmosis water, coal water slurry additives and other water treatments.
